Join us for a festive Mardi Gras themed fundraiser on Fat Tuesday,
February 16, 2021 at 6 p.m. PT. Create an exotic cocktail/mocktail with
step by step directions by noted sommelier Sean Van Straatum.
Use our bidding site to discover an array of treasures to bid on, and
dance throughout the night to pulsating Afro-Caribbean beats.
Be sure to dazzle with your beads and masks!
This is a new event and we hope you all will participate to the
best of your ability, including sharing the information widely so
that many can be involved!
There are 200 tickets available for the event. The cost is only $40.00 (plus a small service fee to the servicer) and can be purchased by clicking this address: http://bit.ly/BBB-2021-tickets

Purchase tickets early (and often!) because if you want complimentary
beads and other throws sent to you via U.S. mail (highly recommended)

Silent Auction!
Our event starts on February 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. PT with a silent auction. We will have many treasures to bid on. There will also be a few "special" treasures reserved for live bidding on the night of the event.

We will also have a live auction (with pre-bidding) of a few very special special items:
1. The Beery family's donated One-Week Vacation Stay
2. Sommelier Sean Van Straatum's class (yes you can have your own event)!
3. The Reesor family's famous chocolate cake.
4. The Premier Bourbon Basket

Delivery of purchased items
All winners will be contacted to arrange delivery.
If you are local (in the Bay Area) hours and times will be set-up for contact-free pickup of your items at the Church Parish Hall, 7932 Mountain Blvd, Oakland, CA 94605.
If you would like your item to be shipped to you, a small fee will need to be collected to cover the actual shipping costs.
